Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds or exchanges are possible once the file has been downloaded.
Products printed on demand
The items are printed specifically for each order.
Refunds or exchanges are accepted only in case of defect, printing error or damage upon receipt.

Refund Policy
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), physical items sold by Chaos Art-Uni are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of defect, hidden defect, production error or damage that occurred during delivery.
All claims must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe, i.e., 7 days of receipt, and must be accompanied by visual evidence. Original artworks, prints, sketchbooks, and bags are for personal use only and must be returned, if applicable, in their original condition.
